SHOWER THOUGHTS WITH ๏ปฟJordan Hansen

Jordan Hansen is a Gold Coastโ€“based hairdresser and lifestyle + travel creator. She shares moments that feel dreamy but real โ€” holidays, dinners, and the little things that make life fun. When sheโ€™s not in the salon, youโ€™ll find her capturing beauty in the everyday: easy routines, feel-good rituals, and the kind of simple upgrades that make a noticeable difference.

Whatโ€™s been lighting you up recently?

Planning my Bali trip has me buzzing. Sun, beaches, and new adventures, itโ€™s all firing up my creativity.

What quality in yourself do you rely on most and why?

Persistence. Showing up, even on messy or slow days, is what keeps me moving forward.

When you hear โ€œwellbeing,โ€ what does it actually mean to you?

Wellbeing = balance + presence. Itโ€™s the little things that make you feel grounded, happy, and human.

Water + ritual: What role does water play in your day?

Morning shower = reset. Evening shower = decompress. Water keeps me centred, every day.

Shower thought: Whatโ€™s a thought thatโ€™s found you in the shower lately?

Why chase the โ€œbigโ€ happiness when small moments coffee, sunset, a laugh, hit harder ?

Whatโ€™s one thing youโ€™re saying โ€œnoโ€ to this seasonโ€”and one thing youโ€™re saying โ€œyesโ€ to?

This season: no to overcommitting, yes to making memories that actually matter.

Emily Oates is an online coach with a passion for helping people feel their best from the inside out. While training and nutrition are a huge part of that, Emily also believe looking after your body goes beyond the gym, from the food you eat to the products you use every day. She is always looking for simple ways to support her health and skin, which is why she is love sharing things that genuinely fit with that lifestyle.

Had any interesting shower thoughts lately?

Improved skin and hair! My hair is so soft and healthy since installing the Hydra shower head filter.

What does wellbeing mean to you?

To me, wellbeing is about taking care of your body inside and out. Itโ€™s the small daily habits, from training and nutrition to looking after your skin and overall health, that help you feel your best.

Whatโ€™s one wellness habit you think is underrated?

Supporting your skin with nourishing food, hydration and everyday habits.

What do you think people misunderstand about being healthy?

That healthy has a certain look. You canโ€™t tell someoneโ€™s health just by their body.

Do you see showering as part of your recovery routine?

Yes, I always look forward to my shower and using it to recharge and look after my body.

Whatโ€™s your favourite way to reset after a long day?

Self care - warm shower, hair mask, facial and a nice dinner at home.

Whatโ€™s one thing society overvalues when it comes to health or fitness?

That our appearance determines if we are healthy, we always need to be looking after our bodies no matter what.
