HYDRA Returns, Guarantee & Limited Warranty Policy

At HYDRA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains our 30 Day Guarantee, change of mind returns, and 2 Year Limited Warranty for customers in the United States.

This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws.

1. 30 Day Guarantee

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery if HYDRA is not right for you and you would like to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be returned in good condition, with all original parts and packaging where possible.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Unless required by applicable law, return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline returns that are damaged, incomplete, missing parts, used in an unreasonable manner, or not returned in reasonable condition.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the nature of the issue.

Please do not dispose of the product or packaging before contacting us, as we may need photos, video, or return of the item to assess the issue.

4. 2 Year Limited Warranty

HYDRA products are covered by a 2 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

What the Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers:

manufacturing faults

defects in materials

defects in workmanship

product failure caused by a covered manufacturing defect under normal residential use

What the Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear

cosmetic wear or minor surface marks

accidental damage

misuse or abuse

incorrect installation

improper maintenance

unauthorised modifications or repairs

failure to follow installation or care instructions

failure to replace filters as recommended

issues caused by plumbing conditions, water pressure, mineral build-up, sediment, or water quality

damage caused by harsh cleaning products, chemicals, or abrasive materials

dissatisfaction based on personal preference

skin, scalp, or hair responses, which can vary between individuals

commercial, rental, or non-residential use unless approved by HYDRA in writing

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

your order number or proof of purchase

a description of the issue

clear photos or video showing the problem

any other information reasonably requested to assess the claim

We may request additional information, troubleshooting steps, photos, video, or return of the product to help assess the claim.

Warranty Remedies

If your warranty claim is approved, HYDRA may, at its discretion and where appropriate, repair the product, replace the product, provide replacement parts, issue a refund, or provide another suitable remedy.

Replacement products or parts do not restart the warranty period. The original warranty period continues from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Warranty Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not cover plumber fees, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, water damage, property damage, loss of use, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
